Rustic apple tart (tarta rustica de manzanas)

I really wanted to make a recipe with apples, it's true that it's summer here (and I know in many sites is snowing sigh!) but I always have apples, and found this recipe I had saved some time ago.
It's the kind of cake that I love a rustic tart is really delicious.

    1. Me too. I still have some good fall apples left, too.

Also have a few pears that need to be eaten this week. Thinking about a pear crumble.

      Happy New Week :-)

  24. I quite always make my tarts like that, now ... I love mixing fruits and just wrap them in a thick layer of pastry ... Apples and blueberries work very well together ... Apricots and plums too ... I don't glaze them and maybe it's a mistake ... I'll try next time I make one ... That looks scrumptious !
