About two weeks ago from "Paint in Purple" asked me a recipe for Cupcake Online Recipe Gallery to raise awareness and funds for the cause to end violence against women (VAW) in communities worldwide.
This campaign is from 8 October to 24 November 2011 and cover Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
With pleasure I accept and this is my recipe to "Paint in Purple"

Blueberry cupcakes with cream cheese frosting
Ingredients (12)
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of milk
2 beaten eggs
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate
1 cup of blueberry frozen
12 paper cupcakes cases
Cheese cream frosting
1 cream cheese Philadelphia or similar softened
(227 grs.= 8 oz)
1 cup of caster sugar
2 tablespoon of whipp cream
1 cup blueberry pulverized in a mini food processor
Method
Cupcakes
In a bowl mix the butter, sugar, vanilla, milk and eggs.
Add flour, baking powder and baking soda.Finally add the frozen blueberry and mix.
.Preheat oven to 180 °
Fill the paper cases 3 / 4 parts and place them in a muffin pan.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned and dry.
Allow to cool before decorating.
Frosting
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until it is softened and uniform. Add whipp cream and beat together until it is uniform. Add pulverized blueberries. Add sugar to the mixture and mix. Add more sugar if necessary. Mix again until mixture is creamy and spreadable.
Set aside in fridge by 20 minutes.
Decorate the cupcakes and garnish with some blueberry.

Cupcakes de arándanos con frosting de queso crema
Hace unas dos semanas (creo) me pidieron de "Pain it purple" que hiciera una receta de cupcakes especialmente para este evento que es una asociación contra la violencia hacia la mujer, en todo sentido, físico y psicológico.
Por supuesto que acepté y aqui esta mi receta con mucho amor! Si quieren saber más de ¨"Paint it purple" pueden ver aquí más informaciones y otras recetas.
Esta campaña es desde el 8 de Octubre hasta el 24 de Noviembre y durante todo el mes es contra la violencia doméstica hacia la mujer.
Ingredientes
1/2 taza de mantequilla
1 taza de azúcar
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1 taza de leche
2 huevos batidos
3 tazas de harina
1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear
1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de soda
1 taza de arándanos congelados
Frosting
1 queso crema Philadelphia o similar (227 grs.)
1 taza de azúcar glass o en polvo
2 cucharadas de creama
1 taza de arándanos ya molidos en el procesador
o en la licuadora
Preparación
En un bol mezclar la mantequilla, el azúcar, vainilla, leche y huevos.
Agregar la harina mezclada con los polvos de hornear y el bicarbonato, mezclar bien.
Agregar los arándanos congelados.
Precalentar el horno a 180°c.
Rellenar los moldes de papel sobre el molde de muffins.
Llevar a horno por unos 20 a 25 minutos hasta que esten ligeramente decorados y secos.
Dejar enfriar antes de decorar.
Frosting
En un bol mediano batir el queso crema con la crema y el azúcar, batir hasta que esté cremoso y suave, agregar el puré de arándanos ya molido y mezclar bien.
Si se quiere más denso agregar un poco más de azúcar .Llevar esta mezcla al refriegrador
por unos 20 minutos. Retirar y con una manga decorar.
Dejar en el refrigerador por un rato.
