Cappuccino mousse (mousse capucchino)







This dessert really I enjoyed:)
BTW I love coffe and capucchino is really light and delicious.
Is a recipe by Anna Olson.
Usually I love all her recipes!
For  Canadians friends with love:))

Ingredients

( 4 servings)

2 teaspoons gelatin powder
1/2 cup coffe chilled
2 tablespoons instant coffe powder
2 cups condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups whipping cream
cocoa powder or ground cinnamon for dusting

Method

Stir instant coffe into chilled coffe to dissolve.
Sprinkle gelatin into chilled coffe and let soften for a minute.
Stir gelatin mixture into condensed milk in a small pot.
Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Stir in vanilla and cool to room temperature.
Whip cream to softs peaks and fold into coffe mixture into 2 additions.
Spoon the mousse into servings glasses.
(amount of servings depends on size of glasses or cups used)
Chill at least 2 hours.
Dust top of mousses with cinnamon or cocoa powder just before serving.

Mousse de capucchino












Siempre me han encantado las recetas de Anna Olson. Quizas más de alguien  veia sus capitulos cuando los daban en el cable. En ese tiempo tambien veía  la Hna Bernarda y otros-(me encanta la Hna Bernarda)

De Anna Olson he hecho varias recetas, y son super buenas.
Este mousse es delicioso y suave.




Ingredientes

2 cucharaditas de gelatina en polvo
1/2 taza de café-café enfriado
2 cucharadas de café instantáneo
2 tazas de leche condensada (equivale a un tarro)
2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla 
2 tazas de crema batida
canela o cocoa para espolvorear

Preparación

Primero mezclar el café instantáneo con el café preparado.
Esto para que se disuelva.
Espolvorear la gelatina en el cafe frío y dejar por un rato por un minuto más o menos.Revolver un poco.
Agregar a la leche condensada en una olla  pequeña.
Revolver un poco a fuego muy suave hasta que la gelatina se disuelva.
Agregar la vainilla y dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente-
Batir la crema a punto firme y mezclar con el café con leche condensada . Con una cuchara repartir la mezcla  en vasos o copas.
Dejar enfriar por unas dos horas en el refrigerador.
Espolvorear con canela o cocoa en polvo antes de servir.
