Clafoutis aux abricots (apricots clafoutis)

I love this dessert that I made from Elle a Table I love apricots but here we are not still in season.
We are in spring and waiting for summer fruits.
But I made this dessert with apricots jar and really was delicious so any can make with an apricots jar.
Easy delicious and nice:)

Ingredients (4 servings)

1 jar   abricots
2 eggs
40 cl whole milk
80 grams flour
40 grams of butter
80 grs. granulate sugar
50 grams of slices almonds

Method

Preheat oven at 180 °.

Wash and pit and apricots if are fresh . If are from jar only put two in buttom mold.
Melt butter in microwaves (about 20 seg).

Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add flour, 1 pinch of salt, and then slowly the milk and melted butter to form a smooth paste.

Place apricot halves in small molds. Pour the dough over them , sprinkle with almonds and bake in the oven 10 to 15 minutes until the clafoutis will be golden brown.
Let cool.
You can serve with some whipped cream.
