Coconut and raspberries Ice cream












Well here a new Ice Cream (lol) special to my friends of the North Hempishere though we normally eat Ice cream around the year, this lovely Coconut Ice cream with raspberries you dont need a Ice cream maker:)


Ingredients

500 ml  heavy cream
1 tin condensed milk
1 envelope gelatine powder unflavored
1/2 cup  heat water
2 cups grated or coconut
1/2 water normal temparature
1 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries

Method


Dissolve gelatin in hot water. 
Set aside.
 Apart in a bowl mix  condensed milk, cream, coconut and water at room temperature.
Wait about 20 minutes.
Add the raspberries mixing slowly.
 Mix and freeze  about 1 hour.
Serve in cones or glasses.

Helado de coco y frambuesas







Este helado de coco y frambuesas tiene la gracia que no se necesita una máquina porque su textura
que le da la leche condensada asi que es super fácil.

Ingredientes

1 sobre de gelatina sin sabor
500 ml de crema espesa
1/2 taza de agua caliente
1 tarro de leche condensada
2 tazas de coco rallado
1/2 taza de agua fria
1 taza de frambuesas congeladas o frescas


Disolver la gelatina en agua caliente .

En un bol verter la leche condensada,la crema, el coco rallado, y el agua fria.
mezclar bien y llevar al congelador por unos 20 minutos.
Retirar y mezclar con las frambuesas suavemente.
Llevar a congelar nuevamente por 1 hora hasta que tenga
consistencia de helado tipo crema.
Servir en conos o en copas.

  22. Hola Gloria, qué rico este helado!!! Veo que le agregás gelatina, yo estoy usando una lata de leche condensada y una caja de crema y me queda bien la consistencia. Mañana o esta noche postearé dos recetas de helado de chocolate, e hice otro de banana al caramelo que te encantaría. Eso sí, mis fotos son horribles porque no bien termina de enfriarse se tiran con las cucharas y no me dan dos minutos para las fotos..... Besos y felices Pascuas!

  41. Gloria I like how you change your photo in your header...I love this one with all the bowls of berries!

    I also love how you use raspberries in so many of your desserts. What a lovely ice cream with coconut (YUM) and the delicate raspberry! My in-laws have a raspberry patch up in Michigan, my daughter used to love to pick them and eat them right off the bush! A real treat for us.
