As a matter of fact, while I was making blueberry pancakes for dinner last night, Marion wanted pancakes, lol:) I was thinking of you when I was deciding whether to add a sprinkle of lemon. I thought to myself, what would Gloria do? honest I did. Thinking you would add it so I did:)

Now, you show me this tempting Blueberry Clafoutis and I know I must one day give it a try.
