whole wheat rustic bread

I  made several  breads in my blog and think  this is the second with whole flour and is a nice recipe too.
The nice to make bread (anyway I love to make) you can reduce the butter or the oil and the salt so you have a more healthy bread and natural without preserves.
This bread was perfect about 3 days to room temperature.

The apricot  jam  with the bread is that I made this summer and the recipe is here
Ingredients

5 cups of whole wheat  flour (about 1 kilo)
110 grs. butter melted
2   teaspoon of yeast powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of warm milk mix with water

METHOD

In a bowl mix the flour and salt into a hole in the center and add the yeast dissolved in a little warm water and a pinch of sugar.

Add the  melted butter and  then milk mixture and warm water to bond better.

Knead until dough is fluffy.

Place the dough in a rectangular buttered pan to loaf .

Let stand covered for 30 minutes cover with  a kitchen towel.

Preheat the oven at 190°c

Then bake for about 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Remove from oven and let cool covered by a cloth.

When cool can be cut into slices

Pan integral
