Chocolate and tangerine mousse









We love tangerines because are really sweet and little, easy to bring and peel.
When I saw this recipe I think will be delicious (and was) but always I buy tangerines we ate all....
Finally I can made it and was a nice and delicious recipe..



Ingredients (5 servings)

5 white eggs
Pinch  of salt
250 grs. chocolate bitter melted
1 cup of heavy cream
140 ml tangerine juice
12 grs. unflavored gelatin
4 tablespoon of whipped cream
8 to 10 tangerine segments

Method


Melt chocolate in double boiler over low heat. Book.



In another bowl place the egg whites and salt, beat with mixer on 'peaks.


Adding a little melted chocolate with outflanking.


Then add the cream and tangerine juice.


Dissolve the gelatin in the microwave with 1 / 2 cup cold waterby 30 seg.


Add to chocolate mixture gently.


mix thoroughly.

Distribute the cups and refrigerate for two hours.

When serving garnish with a little whipped cream and chocolate chips


Place over a few slices of mandarin oranges.

Nos encantan las mandarinas y en esta época estan preciosas. Y hace tiempo que había visto esta receta y la quería hacer pero siempre que comprabamos mandarinas las comíamos, je,je.. no duran mucho aquí.
Hasta que un día pude hacer el postre y quedó muy bueno. Es deliciosa la combinación de jugo de mandarina y chocolate.



Ingredientes (5 porciones)

5 claras de huevo
1 pizca  de sal
250 gra. de chocolate bitter derretido
1 taza de crema semi batida
140 ml de jugo de mandarina
12 grs. de gelatina sin sabor (1 sobre y 1/2)
4 cucharadas de crema para decorar
trozos de chocolate
8 a 10 gajos de mandarina para decorar

Preparación


Derretir en una ollita el chocolate a baño maría. Reservar.
En otro bol batir las claras con la sal.
Batir con batidora a punto de nieve.
Cuando esté listo agregar la crema semi batida y el jugo de mandarina.
En un recipiente de vidrio poner la jalea en polvo y agregar 1/2 taza de agua fría
revolver y disolver en microondas unos 30 segundos.
Retirar y dejar entibiar.
Verter al bol con las claras batidas la jalea disuelta y el chocolate, mezclar bien.
Distribuir en copas la crema de chocolate.
Y refrigerar por unas dos horas.
Antes de servir adornar con crema batida, chispas o trozos de chocolate y gajos de naranja.

  23. Around Christmas time in the states, they sell these chocolate oranges that, in a foil wrapper to make it look like an orange. And they are absolutely delectable. I have a feeling your recipe would taste a lot better though!
