You may use as starter or appetizers, as you like, are so cute ! I think!
And the poppy seeds give a nice tasty to dough!!
Ingredients (12 mini tarts)
100 grs. cold butter in slices and a little more to gresed the muffins mold
250 grs. of flour
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoon of poopy seeds
A 12 muffins mold
22 cherry tomatos
1 tablespoon of oil
2 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoon of flour
200 ml. milk
salt and pepper
100 grs. cheese cream
50 grs grated parmensan cheese
1. Greased with butter a muffins mold (to 12) .
In a bowl mix the flour,salt and the cold butter,join well, until look as crumbles,add the poopy seeds and some cold water to make a dough.
Place the dough wraped in a plastic film at fridge by 10 minutes. (not Freeze)
After is ready extend the dough with a roll pin if is needesd flour add a little (to roll better)
Cut circles about 9 cm. to place in the muffins mold.
Place the muffins mold with dough at the fridge by 30 minutes.
Bake to medium heat at oven by 10 minutes.
(If you like you may place in the molds greased paper with beans over them but really I didn't need)
In a frying pan place some oil drops and cook by a while the cherry tomatos.Reserve.
Ina little pot place the butter and add the flour, cook by 5 minutes to slow heat. Add milk slowly and stir always and cook by 3 minutes more. Add salt and pepper, add the cheeses and mix well.
In each tartalette place some creme cheese with a tablespoon and add two or 1 tomatos and bake to oven by 12 minutes.
