In a pot place the waltnuts and cover them with boiled water, and place to the heat by 5 minutes.

Take out in a colander to dry and reserve. In a pot place the honey, two spoonfuls of water, sugar and a pinch of salt. To caramel the nuts stirring all the time and when the mix is thicken take out, this is about 5 minutes.

Empty the in a oil greased baking tray and carry to the oven to medium heat by 10 minutes, turn up once in a while to golden all.

When are ready let chill in other dish separated because with honey sometimes they stick.

Calentar a fuego medio.
