Dark chocolate Cake with white chocolate glaze

How the dear Vall said some events I like to participate too, sometimes I cannot but I love this of Ruth'kitchen experiments because you may choose any recipes of book, blog, magazine or other and for this is Bookmarked Recipes from Ruth of http://justaddeggs.blogspot.com/ and is my entry of all Mondays.

First at all here I post picture of the Book I used, (I will make this when in North Hemisf. dont know some books) This is in Spanish from Anne Wilson, and in English is "Best Ever chocolate" so if you see some day in a Bookstore (Love bookstores) I have someones books of Anne Wilson and made a lot of recipes of her, I have to tell has lovely and good recipes, and this is so important to me because all my recipes I try before to post of course.

For last really this cake was a success here and for this I dont have a picture of all Cake.

I dedicate this recipe to my lovely friend Luis from Spain to love so much chocolate.

Ingredients

2 cups of normal flour

1 teaspoon of bicarbonate

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1 cup of sugar

3/4 cup of powder chocolate

2 eggs beater

1 cup of milk

125 grs smooth butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla

To garnish

200 grs. white chocolate to melted

Method

Preheat the oven to medium heat(180º C). Butter a mold with ring or a loaf mold

(I use a silicone ring mold of 24 cm)

Join the flour with the baking powder, bicarbonate, powder chocolate, sugar . In other bowl mix the eggs, milk, the butter and vanilla, you may beat with an electric beater slowly about 30 seg.And then add the other dry ingredientes and beat by 3 minutes to medium velocity to until is smooth. Place the mix in the mold and place at oven by 35 minutes or until you prick it and is dry the center.

Let rest the cake about 5 minutes before to upset.Let chill.

Melted the white chocolate to bain Marie (slow) and bain the cake . you may garnish with pieces of dark chocolate over the cake too.

200 grs.
